Returns Policy – Terms & Conditions
At Refined Floors Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns Policy below.
1. Made to Measure & Custom Orders
All flooring products that are cut, made to measure, specially ordered, or customised to your requested size/specification are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
2. Standard Stock Items
Unused standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or collection, subject to:
* Items being unopened, unused, and in original packaging
* Proof of purchase being provided
* Goods being in resaleable condition
A restocking charge may apply.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Please provide photos where possible so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
4. Flooring Orders
Please check all measurements, colours, styles, and quantities before ordering. Once flooring has been cut or ordered specifically for you, it cannot be returned unless faulty.
5. Installation/Fitting Services
If fitting has been arranged through us, any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within 7 days of installation.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after returned goods have been inspected.
7. Collection of Returns
If you require us to collect returned items, a collection charge may apply.
8. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
